I'm not alone

My younger brother has become the family's IT expert. I have been trying to help dad hook up to his network for about the past hour...over the phone. It is hard to do. Luckily Kirk has been available to help me, help him. I call dad, then call him, then call dad, etc. It appears that their might actually be something up with the wireless box itself (or setup) rather than the laptop. Sooo, for as easy as wireless is suppose to be, others also have issues. I can't wait to hear what the IT master determines was the problem. Thanks Kirk.
